Write to support@belikebill.app and tell us what happened and which iPhone you use.

Cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are handled by Apple. In the app, open You, then Subscription. Or open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Get a refund

Apple handles refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account

In the app, open You, then Delete account. This erases your cards, notes and progress for good. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, so cancel that with Apple too.

Delete a card

Open the card, tap its number at the top, then tap Delete card.

Turn off nudges

In the app, open You, then Lock Screen whispers. To stop all notifications, use Notifications in your iPhone's Settings.

Restore a purchase

On the paywall, tap Restore, using the same Apple Account you bought with.
