These terms are between you and Noles Technology Inc., 46 Avenue B, New York, NY 10009. By using Be Like Bill, you agree to them.
Subscriptions
The app needs a subscription. The yearly plan is $59.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. The monthly plan is $12.99 a month. Prices shown in the app before you buy are the ones that apply, and may differ by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or when a trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Your account
You sign in with Apple or an email code and are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 13.
Your content
Your cards are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the app. You're responsible for what you record about other people, and for having the right to record it. Don't use the app to harass, stalk or harm anyone, or to break any law.
AI-written cards
Cards are written by AI from your notes and can be wrong. Check them before relying on them.
Not professional advice
The program offers everyday social practice. It isn't medical or mental health care. Results vary, and we don't guarantee any particular result.
Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for the app or its support, and it has no warranty obligations beyond any refund it provides under its own rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm you aren't barred from receiving the app under US law. Apple's standard end user license agreement also applies where these terms don't address a point.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Ending
You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, except where the law of your home country gives you rights that can't be waived.
